Make pudina parathas with the nutrition of Spirulina

Make a dough for pudina paratha by adding salt, turmeric, parsley, chilli powder, chopped mint leaves, water and oil and of course Cyano-Amrut (Spirulina powder).
Dough will turn green.
Let the dough set for 30min.
Make small balls of dough and roll it like chapati.
Put some cow-ghee or oil on hot pan, put rolled chapatti.
Delitious green Pudina Parathas are ready.
Have it with pickle, chatani or sauce.
Tip: Same way Spirulina khakras can be made.
