Ingredients
 2 bundles Methi leaves
 2 cups Wheat flour
  cup Besan
 ¼ cup Jowar flour
 ½ cup Rava
  cup Oil
 1 pinch Salt
 ½ pinch Sugar
 3 tbsp Chili powder
 3 tbsp Dhaniya jeera powder
 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
 1 pinch Cooking soda
 2 tbsp Spirulina powder (Cyano Amrut)
Directions

Wash Methi thoroughly with water and cut them small pieces.

With the help of oil mix all the flours.

Add Methi leaves, salt, sugar, and a pinch of soda in the flour. Mix it properly for 10 minutes

Add chili powder and dhaniya jeera powder to the mixture, with appropriate amount of water make a smooth dough of it.

Keep the dough for 15 minutes.

Make muthiyas of the dough and deep fry them in oil.

Delicious healthy spirulina muthiya is ready for you.

It tastes no different than regular muthiya.
