Delicious yummy Coconut barfi / Sweet bundled with full of nutrition of Spirulina

Start heating the pan.
Add 2 spoons of ghee into pan.
Add shredded coconut and roast it.
After 5 mins add milk and sugar and mix it well.
Stir this mixture on gas frequently, unless most of the liquid in pan is drying up.
In this wet mixture add Spirulina and cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and stir it well for a min and switch off the gas.
Apply ghee on the steel plate, power this mixture on it, level it all over the plate, make its thin cake.
Now cut it in shape you desire for your sweets.
Let it dry for few hours.
