Instructions to use
- The spoon provided along with bottle when filled till inner rim mark is 1gm and filled full flat is 3gm. 2gm is when filled above inner rim mark and bit below the outer edge.
- It should preferably be consumed in morning for enjoying day long energy. It can be consumed in the following fashion – full dose once in a day or half dose twice a day.
- As some people may feel high energy level immediately after consuming it, people especially with sleeping disorders, should ideally consume it four hours before sleeping. (for sound sleep)

- For losing weight have it 1 hour before meal and for gaining weight have it 1 hour after meal.
